Run Cottage Touring Park Terms & Conditions

Bookings:

A deposit of 2 nights per week is required for Caravans, Motorhomes, Tent & Glamping pods. Full payment is required for all bank holiday weekends. No refund will be given on cancellation and it will be non transferable, unless 21 days notice has been given.

If a confirmed booking is cancelled more than 21 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit may be transferred to an alternative date in the same year or a refund can be given. If transferred, it will be valid for the same customer only and is subject to pitch availability.

If a booking is cancelled less than 21 days prior to the arrival date for any reason including Covid related, the deposit is not transferable and is forfeited.

If you arrive and decide to reduce your stay and you haven’t given us 21 days notice you will still have to pay for the full time you have booked

The balance payment for your holiday is due on the day of arrival we may refuse entry to the site until your booking is paid in full.

No refunds are given when a customer decides to leave early, before their confirmed departure date.

Persons using Run Cottage Touring Park or its facilities do so entirely at there own risk and no liability will be accepted for loss, damage or injury to persons and or property.

NO Awning heaters or air condition to be used on site, our electric bills are enormous so please have some respect on what you are using.

Electric Vehicles: We are unable to offer electric vehicle charging and ask customers not to use there EHU to charge vehicles

Customers Visitors: will be charged at £2.50 per person per day with a Maximum of 4 people per pitch with no more than 1 extra car per pitch, for the comfort of our other guest we expect all visitors to be off site by 9 pm.

Customers/Visitors to Run Cottage Touring Park confirm that all vehicles and other items of equipment used on site are maintained to proper safety standards and that the customer holds appropriate insurance including third party cover.

Arrivals & Departures

Unless by prior arrangement Arrival time is no earlier that 1pm People arriving later than 6pm may be refused entry if prior arrangements have not been made. Departure time is 11am.

Any disturbance which is a nuisance to others including the prohibited use of generators, loud music etc, is not expectable and will be ask to turn all load music down, If you have a problem with your next door caravan/motorhome, we ask you to have a polite word with them first before coming to see us.

Strictly no Groundsheets on grassed areas (not even breathable ones). If your awning has a sewn in groundsheet you Will Not be able to use it on a grass pitch. We are finding more and more people with motor homes & camper vans using awnings with sewn-in groundsheets, these will not be able to be used.

Tent Pitches

We only have a couple of tent pitches with a size no larger than 5 x 3 metres and only for up to 3 nights as this will kill our grass, these are allocated next to our pond area we are able to offer electric,

Dogs

We accept up to 2 dogs per pitch, we don’t mind if there are not on a lead but ask that they are under control on your pitch, they must be exercised in the designated area or off site. Dogs must not be left unattended in your caravan while you are off site.

We do not except any group bookings.
