Run Cottage Touring Park Terms & Conditions
Bookings: if you book for 3 days or less, full payment will be required, if you book more than 3 days a deposit of £20.00 per week booked is required for Caravans, Motorhomes & Tents ( £50 for Glamping pods). Full payment is required for all bank holiday weekends and no refund will be given on cancellation and will be non transferable.
If a confirmed booking is cancelled more than 21 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit may be transferred to a subsequent date in the same year for the same customer subject to availability.
If a booking is cancelled less than 21days prior to the arrival date the deposit is not transferable and is forfeited.
The balance payment for your holiday is due on day of arrival we may refuse entry to the site until your booking is paid in full.
No refunds are given when customer decide to leave early before there confirmed departure date.
Persons using Run cottage Touring Park or its facilities do so entirely at the own risk and no liability will be accepted for loss, damage or injury to persons and or property.
Customers/Visitors to Run Cottage Touring Park confirm that all vehicles and other items of equipment used on site are maintained to proper safety standards and that the customer holds appropriate insurance including third party cover.
Unless by prior arrangement arrival time is no earlier that 1pm – 8pm People arriving later that 8pm may be refused entry. Departure time is 11am.
Any disturbance which is a nuisance to others including the prohibited use of generators, loud music etc. may be asked to leave the site,
Ball games and group activities are entirely at the discretion of Run Cottage Touring Park, playing football near
Strictly no cycling on site other than on the roads.
Strictly no Groundsheets on grassed areas. (even breathable ones).
We accept up to 2 large dogs or 3 small dogs per pitch and must be excised in the designated areas. Dogs must not be left unattended in your caravan while you are off site.
We do not except any group bookings.
